Embrace the New Year with Purpose 🌱✨

As we welcome the new year, it's the perfect time to reflect on our habits—the daily actions that shape our lives.

Whether you're looking to improve your health, increase productivity, or find more joy in the everyday, resetting your habits can be a transformative process.

Let’s discuss strategies for breaking old patterns and creating new, positive routines that align with your goals for the year ahead.

1. Journal

Journaling helps you become aware of your body and thought process.  It helps relieve stress and can be form of therapy.

To take it a step further, if you are wondering about how your subconscious (psyche) perceives events, start to document moments that “caught you off guard” and then record symptoms from that moment onward.  You will start to see a pattern with how your body behaves (its symptoms).

As you become more aware of your body, the more confident you are with what it needs.

2. Eat more vegetables

If you can do one thing with your diet, it is to include more vegetables.  No matter what your diet is like, just ADD more vegetables.  THAT and a trustable, safe, pure multivitamin to balance out the rest.

Remember, it doesn’t have to be complicated…just start.  And starting by adding more vegetables is a great 1st step!

3. Add in an enjoyable activity!

No one likes to “have to” go to the gym, and that eventually leads to a feeling of failure when you don't keep up with it.

Even if you paid for a membership - thinking that would keep you accountable, the likelihood of you staying the course collapses over a short period of time…as it wasn’t in your habitual state before.

If you start an activity daily (or start a small action daily), that you can enjoy (or know you can do), the likelihood of you staying consistent, and it becoming a part of your lifestyle increases exponentially.
